We are excited to welcome you to The Future Athletes Organization (TFA), a 501(c)(3) non-profit is dedicated to promoting wellness in the community through The NW Vegas Flag Football league and our Youth 7 vs 7 program.

TFA hosts the community flag football league, NW Vegas Flag - Silver and Black, yearly. As an NFL Flag Football affiliate, our mission is to provide an affordable, sports experience that encourages positive community involvement, along with physical activity.

Our Youth 7 vs 7 program includes a comprehensive training schedule which is designed to elevate our athletes to the next level. Our team is committed to providing young athletes ranging from Elementary to High School with the opportunity to develop their skills, build teamwork, cultivate leadership qualities, and lead a productive, healthy and active lifestyle through football. Our trainers specialize in Wide Receiver/Defensive Back and Speed Training along with teaching the fundamentals to young athletes who are new to the game.

We never want any child left behind due to affordability. We offer volunteer opportunities at special events in partnership with The Las Vegas Raiders to raise funds for our organization. We also accept donations monetary or otherwise. All donations go directly towards the operation of the organization, player's registration expenses with NW Vegas Flag, other local leagues, tournaments, team building activities, training, uniforms, travel, healthy drinks and snacks.

By working together as a community, we can ensure that our young athletes have the resources they need to succeed.
